Straight from the VW factory
Rebuilt from the same ETKA microfiche the dealer network used — not a forum thread, not a scan that dies when a server goes down.
Every diagram, deduplicated
Forty years of cross-references collapsed into one canonical entry per part. The same bolt does not appear seven times.
Bench-ready layout
Ordered by VW group code, in workshop sequence. Diagram on the left, its parts table on the right — no flicking back and forth.
The real OEM numbers
Single-line entries: the VW part number, position number and description. What you actually quote at the parts counter on Monday.
The full range
One master reference per model. Find yours.

Questions, answered
Does it cover my engine and variant?
Every petrol, diesel and turbodiesel offered on the platform across its production run, plus the body variants listed on each catalogue (G60, Syncro, Rallye, VR6, R32 where applicable). Check the coverage table above for your exact years.
Does the Mk1 catalogue cover the Cabriolet?
No. At more than 1,300 pages the Mk1 catalogue already carries most of the data — everything bar the retractable roof and its own components.
Does the Mk1 catalogue cover the Jetta too?
Not specifically — but the parts crossover is high, so most of what you need will already be inside the catalogue.
How is the digital delivered?
A download link is emailed within minutes of payment — the full A3 spread edition, ready to read on screen on any device. Link valid 30 days; reply to your receipt any time for a fresh one.
How long is the paperback?
Printed and posted from the UK. It lies flat on the bench and takes oily fingerprints the way a real workshop manual should.
What can I open the PDF on?
Anything — iOS Books, macOS Preview, Adobe Reader, any Android or Windows viewer. Native page-turn throughout, with a linked contents page.
Can you produce a catalogue for a model you don’t list yet?
Possibly — please submit your request via the contact page and, based on demand, we can consider it.
